1. Hizmet ve sağlayıcı
Deutsch Mobile: Vocab, Almanca kelime öğrenme ve tekrar çalışmaları sunar. Hizmet sağlayıcı Muhammet Berk Can'dır. Sorular ve destek için berk.dev@hotmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.
2. Ücretsiz ve premium kullanım
Genel A1 çalışmaları, mevcut sözlük, seslendirme ve istatistikler ücretsizdir. Premium mevcut A2–C1 içeriğinde kelime kartı, quiz ve iki yönlü yazma çalışmalarını açar. Bir uygulama hesabı oluşturmanız gerekmez. Uygulama eğitim desteğidir; belirli bir sınav sonucunu, dil seviyesini veya sertifikayı garanti etmez.
3. Fiyat ve satın alma
Satın alma Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Geçerli yerel fiyat, para birimi, ödeme dönemi ve mağazanın uyguladığı vergiler satın alma ekranında gösterilir. Fiyatlar ülkeye ve mağazaya göre değişebilir. Burada sabit bir fiyat taahhüt edilmez. İlerideki fiyat değişiklikleri mağazanın bildirim ve gerektiğinde onay kurallarına tabidir.
4. Aylık ve yıllık abonelikler
Aylık abonelik ayda bir, yıllık abonelik yılda bir ücretlendirilir. Yıllık tutarın tamamı tek seferde tahsil edilir; aylık taksit değildir. Abonelik, satın aldığınız mağaza hesabından iptal edilene kadar otomatik yenilenir. Uygulamadaki Premium bölümünden mağaza abonelik yönetimini açabilirsiniz.
Yenilemeyi iptal etmek genellikle ücretli dönem sonuna kadar erişimi korur. İade, mağaza tarafından satın alma iptali veya uygulanabilir tüketici hakları bu durumu değiştirebilir. Yenileme ödemesi başarısız olursa varsa mağazanın ek ödeme süresi boyunca erişim sürebilir; geçerli hak sona erdiğinde premium çalışmalar kapanır. Öğrenme ilerlemesi sırf premium bitti diye silinmez.
5. Lifetime Premium
Lifetime tek seferlik, otomatik yenilenmeyen satın alımdır. Normal abonelik bitiş tarihi yoktur. Deutsch Mobile uygulamasındaki mevcut ve gelecekte yayımlanan tüm premium özelliklere erişimi kapsar; bu özellikler için lifetime sahiplerinden ek premium ücreti alınmaz.
Bu kapsam, henüz yayımlanmamış bir özelliğin veya yeni dilin belirli bir tarihte hazırlanacağı taahhüdü değildir. Uygulamanın ve dış mağaza/işletim sistemi hizmetlerinin sonsuza kadar kesintisiz işletileceği garantisi de verilmez. Hizmetin sürdürülmesine ilişkin değişikliklerde geçerli tüketici hakları korunur. Mağaza iadesi veya satın alımın geçersiz kılınması erişimi kaldırabilir.
6. Paket değişimi ve çift ödeme
Aylık ve yıllık plan değişimi mağazanın abonelik değiştirme kurallarıyla yapılır; ücretlendirme ve yürürlük tarihi mağazada gösterilir. Lifetime satın alma aktif aboneliği kendiliğinden iptal etmez. Uygulama aktif abonelik sürerken lifetime satın almayı sunmaz; önce mağazada yenilemeyi kapatıp ücretli dönemin bitmesini bekleyebilirsiniz. Aktif lifetime erişimi varsa tekrar abonelik satın alma sunulmaz.
7. Geri yükleme ve cihaz verileri
Satın alımları geri yüklemek için satın aldığınız aynı App Store veya Google Play hesabını kullanın. Bu sürümde satın alımlar Apple ve Google mağazaları arasında taşınmaz. Geri yükleme yerel öğrenme ilerlemesini geri getirmez.
Uygulamayı kaldırmak veya yerel verileri sıfırlamak aboneliği iptal etmez. İptali mağaza abonelik yönetiminden yapın. Çevrimdışı premium kullanım son doğrulanmış mağaza/RevenueCat bilgisine bağlıdır; ilk satın alma ve geri yükleme bağlantı gerektirir. Yenileme, iade veya erişim iptali çevrimdışı cihazda gecikmeli görünebilir.
8. Güncellemeler ve içerik
İçerik düzeltmeleri ve uygulama iyileştirmeleri yayımlanabilir. Satın alma sırasında ayrıca açıkça belirtilmedikçe her ay belirli sayıda yeni kelime, yeni dil veya yeni özellik sözü verilmez. Abonelik sürdüğü sürece satın alınan premium erişim sağlanır; önemli hizmet değişiklikleri varsa uygun şekilde bildirilir ve zorunlu tüketici hakları saklıdır.
9. İadeler ve yasal haklar
Mağaza satın alma/iade süreçleri için ilgili mağazanın destek ve sipariş yönetimi kanallarını kullanın. Uygulama desteği için geliştiriciyle iletişime geçebilirsiniz. Bu koşullar, bulunduğunuz yerdeki zorunlu tüketici, cayma veya iade haklarını ortadan kaldırmaz; mağazanın kuralları bu hakların yerine geçmez.
10. Uygun kullanım ve gizlilik
İçerik kişisel öğrenme amacıyla sunulur. İzin olmadan içeriği yeniden satmayın veya uygulamanın erişim kontrollerini aşmaya çalışmayın. Veri işleme için Gizlilik Politikası geçerlidir. Bu koşullar değişirse güncel metin ve tarih bu sayfada yayımlanır; önemli değişikliklerde gerekli bildirim yapılır.

1. Service and provider
Deutsch Mobile: Vocab provides German vocabulary learning and review practice. The service provider is Muhammet Berk Can. Contact berk.dev@hotmail.com for questions and support.
2. Free and premium use
General A1 practice, the existing dictionary, pronunciation and statistics are free. Premium unlocks flashcards, quizzes and writing practice in both directions with the existing A2–C1 content. No application account is required. The app is a learning aid and does not guarantee a particular examination result, language level or certificate.
3. Pricing and purchase
Purchases are made through Apple App Store or Google Play. The applicable local price, currency, billing period and store-applied taxes are shown at checkout. Prices may vary by country and store; this document does not promise a fixed price. Future price changes follow store notification and, where applicable, consent rules.
4. Monthly and annual subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly; annual subscriptions are billed annually. The full annual amount is charged at once, not as monthly installments. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through the store account where purchased. The app's Premium section provides access to store subscription management.
Turning off renewal normally preserves access until the paid period ends. Refunds, store revocation or applicable consumer rights may change that outcome. If renewal payment fails, access may continue during an applicable store grace period; premium practice closes when valid access ends. Learning progress is not deleted merely because premium expires.
5. Lifetime Premium
Lifetime is a one-time purchase without automatic renewal or a normal subscription expiry date. It includes all current and future premium features released within Deutsch Mobile. Lifetime owners are not charged an additional premium fee for those features.
This does not promise that an unreleased feature or language will be delivered by a particular date, or that the application and external store/operating-system services will operate uninterrupted forever. Applicable consumer rights remain protected if service availability changes. Store refunds or invalidation of the purchase may remove access.
6. Plan changes and duplicate payments
Monthly/annual changes use store subscription replacement rules. Checkout shows the applicable billing and effective date. Buying lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. The app does not offer lifetime checkout during an active subscription; you can turn off store renewal and wait until the paid period ends. No further subscription checkout is offered while lifetime access is active.
7. Restore and device data
Restore purchases using the same App Store or Google Play account used for purchase. This version does not transfer purchases between Apple and Google stores. Restore does not restore local learning progress.
Uninstalling the app or resetting local data does not cancel a subscription: cancel through store subscription management. Offline premium access depends on the last verified store/RevenueCat information; first purchase and restore require connectivity. Renewal, refund or revocation may appear later on an offline device.
8. Updates and content
Content corrections and application improvements may be released. Unless explicitly stated at purchase, no fixed monthly number of new words, languages or features is promised. Purchased premium access is provided for the subscription period; material service changes are communicated where appropriate and mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
9. Refunds and statutory rights
Use the relevant store's support and order-management channels for store purchase/refund requests. You may also contact the developer for application support. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer, withdrawal or refund rights that apply in your location; store rules do not replace those rights.
10. Appropriate use and privacy
Content is provided for personal learning. Do not resell it without permission or attempt to bypass access controls. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. If these terms change, the current version and date are published here, with appropriate notice of material changes.
